accountabilities, key result areas, authority, external/internal contacts,
reporting and supervisory relationships, working conditions and
environments, job specifications, approximate compensation. Location and
relevant details.
3.Identification of relevant candidates from existing huge database of
AMS Consultancy or
creating new database by advertising for the position without revealing
client identity.
4.
Shortlisting the candidates through competency based interviewing and
relevant behavioral questionnaires.
5.
Helping in negotiating the offer
6. Follow
up with client and candidate subsequent to candidate joining the
organization
